Regional center of the promotion of fine arts

Regional center for the promotion of fine arts was established in 1992 and located in the unique building - the Governor's house - a monument of architecture of the late XVIII century. The main objective of the center is to attract a wide audience to the wealth of the Russian and the world artistic culture.

The center hosts an annual creative reports of the Vladimir region artists - a regional, numerous group and solo art exhibitions. In this exhibition painters, sculptors, the masters of decorative-applied and temple art introduce the visitors with their new works, discoveries, and sum up the creative work.

This summer the center of promotion of fine arts hosts two projects: from the 29-th of May to the 28-th of August - "Petersburg through the eyes of angels: view from the St. Isaac's Cathedral" exhibition, organized by the state museum-monument "St. Isaac's Cathedral" and the Charity Fund "RENAISSANCE" with the financial support of Sberbank of Russia; and from the 10-th of July to the 23-rd of August- the international photo festival"100 wonders of the world".
